Reiki Training and Certification at AwenTree
 Becoming attuned to Reiki is a deeply transformational and personal experience affecting the individual on many levels; physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Reiki attunements increase your vibrational energy. This allows for the opportunity to cleanse and release energy blockages, emotional blockages, old mind/body/spirit patterns and encourages karmic transformation and healing. The vibrational level and affects of the Reiki Ray increase with each level of Attunements an individual receives.
Anyone can become certified in Reiki regardless of their prior level of experience with energy work.
Reiki is a great complimentary therapy for massage therapists, nurses, hospice workers, and many other fields of wellness services, conventional and alternative.
All Attunements are permanent and are passed to individuals via the Reiki Master Teacher in a ceremony that takes place during a Reiki Attunement Workshop.
It should be noted that Reiki belongs to no particular belief or religious system.
Reiki Level One
Level One Attunement opens the individual to receive the Reiki Ray; becoming a vessel for the hands-on healing of the Universal Life Force Energy. After opening to Reiki, students are able to practice on themselves, family, friends, pets and present surroundings; i.e.: home, car, office.

Reiki Level Two
Level Two Attunement greatly increases the vibrational rate of the Reiki Ray, Universal Life Force Energy, channeled by the individual. This in turn, enhances the healing affects on the physical and emotional bodies. At Level Two, the Sacred Symbols are taught and the absentee healing process is activated. Individuals looking to become Reiki Practitioners are recommended to attain at least the second level and should check the local and state regulations governing Bodywork for their area.

Reiki Master Teacher: Attunement and Apprenticeship
The transformational journey of Reiki deepens in a profound and sacred way with the significant increase of energy received with the Master Attunement.
The Master Teacher Level we teach (Traditional Usui Reiki) includes the Master Attunement and Apprenticeship for 1 year to learn the transformational aspects for cleansing and balancing mind, body and spirit. Also covered during the apprenticeship are the ethics and responsibilities of a Master Teacher as well as the practical study and training of how to pass attunements.
In order to be considered for our Apprenticeship Program, students need to fill out a statement of intention explaining why they would like to train as a Master Teacher and participate in an interview.
