No Show/Cancellations for Wellness Services
We require more than 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling a wellness appointment at AwenTree. These include, but are not limited to, Massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Reiki, and Tarot Readings.
There is a fee charged for missed appointments or sessions cancelled within 24 hours of their scheduled time. This fee is half the standard session pricing and is applied at the sole discretion of the Practitioners at AwenTree.
Exceptions to this fee are listed below:
- If you or someone you must care for, i.e. child, spouse, immediate relative or pet are sick.
- If there is extreme weather conditions and you are not comfortable traveling
- If you can send someone else in your place; please have them call prior to the appointment to speak with the Practitioner
Courtesy Calls are still required in these situations with as much advance notice as possible.
Arrive early before your appointment!
We provide 10-15 minutes for checking in, etc which we view as integral to each session. This is especially important with bodywork. While we try to be flexible, if you are significantly late, the time of the bodywork will be impacted and could result in needing to reschedule and possibly a fee being charged. |

Workshop and Classes Cancellation Policies

Pre-registration payments can be refunded 5 business days before the start of the first class. Prepayments cannot be refunded once the workshop/first class has started, or for classes missed in a series. No shows forfeit tuition. Cancellations due to extreme emergencies and unforeseen circumstances with less than 5 business days notice will be reviewed for consideration of a credit refund at the sole discretion of AwenTree.
By AwenTree or Presenter/Instructor
If a class is canceled by AwenTree, the presenter/instructor, or due to low enrollment, weather, emergency or an unforeseen circumstance, and the class cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued on pre-payments. If the rescheduled time prevents a student from attending, a credit will be issued for the missed workshop/class.
